Shipping Information

Goods are despatched from our warehouse or direct from the manufacturer. It is not possible to collect in person. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and destination, areas outside the mainland UK (as determined by our carriers) attract a higher rate and are excluded from any free shipping offers.

Where goods are in stock, orders will usually arrive within 2-3 working days, however we cannot be held liable for late arrival. Where there are unforseen problems we will make every effort to keep you informed.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch and receive a full refund.

Cancellation of Order After Despatch

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched, we reserve the right to charge for the carriage.

Returns Information

Your right to return goods is protected by the Distance Selling Act 2000. If you are unsatisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods. We will offer you an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping costs) provided that the products are returned unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with the original packaging.

If you wish to return goods under the conditions above, or if the product develops a fault, before returning any product to us you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) reference number. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be. This is because different manufacturers may have different rules for fulfilling warranty claims. Note that we cannot accept delivery of any package without an authorised RMA number. You must pay the cost of transportation, and will bear the cost of returning the product to you. We reserve the right to repair the product or replace with one of a similar age.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the refund.
