Size & Strength Workout Plan

As part of our commitment to our customers, we have decided to offer a training plan for free. This one is a power house to get you packing on the muscle. We do offer tailored programmes, which we are hoping to provide these through our online shop in the near future.

With all training and exercise programmes you need to be fit and healthy before you start out, and seek medical advice if you are not. This programme is not designed to someone who is starting out in the gym or has not exercised in a while.

Make sure you eat well and rest during the duration, and keep it going for 6-8 weeks.
